WE sets 'Mary Mary' for March

WE TV has greenlit an unscripted series called "Mary Mary" about the eponymous gospel group with an airdate set for March 29. Series will air weekly on Thursdays for eight initial segs; the net said in a release Monday that the skein was part of its strategy to reach out to its growing urban aud. Series is produced for the net by eOne, with Tara Long, John Morayniss, Eric Hoberman and Mitchell Solarek exec producing. The show will follow Mary Mary sisters Erica and Tina Campbell as they tour the country promoting a new album and try to balance work and family life; Erica's third child is due in February, and the sisters have a large family including parents who have been divorced three times... from each other.
