Shaun Nichols Lands Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon For 'Take Shelter' Followup 'Mud'

BREAKING: Take Shelter helmer Shaun Nichols has set Dirt as his next film, and it is in talks with Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon and Tree of Life's Tye Sheridan to star. Everest Entertainment is fully financing and Lisa Marie Falcons is creating alongside Sarah Eco-friendly and FilmNation Entertainment's Aaron Ryder. FilmNation made the offer for Take Shelter, which won Critic's Week at Cannes. Dirt is really a redemptive tale of the charming fugitive and the unlikely friendship having a 14-years old kid who's going to help Dirt avoid what the law states plus some tough bounty predators so he is able to reunite together with his true love Juniper (Witherspoon).
